Mac and Colonel Richard Stillman are thrilled to be making their dolly blog debut.   Past credits include the gift shop at the National WWII Museum.

Colonel Stillman almost didn’t make it home.  He was in my suitcase that got lost, then found, then lost again. But it finally got found, so now I have two new dollies. The end.

Dolly A-Z: Ugly Betty

A great doll of a great character–this is Ugly Betty from Madame Alexander.  I got her a few years ago at Toys R Us for $10.  I bought one for my mommy too, because she also likes dolls and Ugly Betty.

The poncho she wears is from Ugly Betty’s first episode.  She’s interviewing with Meade Publishing, and a fashionable girl in the lobby is wearing a poncho.  When her nephew recommends wearing something fashionable for her first day at Mode Magazine, this is what Betty puts on.  iHola Betty!

Dolly A-Z: Scotland

Here is a Madame Alexander doll representing Scotland.  I got her for crazy cheap on ebay.  She has lovely green eyes and an adorable tartan.  We went outside this morning in the cold for a photo.

I am a little obsessed with Pinkalicious. While Becky’s daughter had a Pinkalicious party for her 4th birthday, she has kinda grown out of that now 4 years later. The same is not true for me. I heart Pinkalicious. I went to Pinkalicious the Musical last summer in Toronto. I still listen to the cd. So being a fan of both Pinkalicious and Madame Alexander, I had to get this doll. And this book.
